2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.08.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015 having earlier been rejected by order dated 14.12.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 60020 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
