2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/20(B)Iii)A of the N.D.P.S Act registered in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 400 grams of Ganja from Khaini (tobacco) shop of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner had no role to play in the occurrence and he was not apprehended at the spot. In any event, the quantity of Ganja said to have been seized amounts to small quantity. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before
