The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for grant of arms licence on 02.02.2010 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif (respondent no.2) to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
