02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 34(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 252 cartoons of foreign liquor each containing 48 bottles were recovered from the truck which was being boarded by three persons including the petitioner who tried to escape but on chase they were arrested by the police. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.04.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31598 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
