The petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P. S. Case No. 426 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 9.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39461 of 2018 with liberty to petitioner to renew prayer for bail after examination of the informant. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that informant has already been examined. She has not supported the case. Report called for from the court below has been received from which it appears that case is pending for examination of doctor.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37885 of 2019(3) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Since the trial has progressed substantially, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and send compliance report.

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
