The petitioner seeks bail in Sonhan (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(B), 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.12.2019. This is second attempt. Vide order dated 19.03.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'P'), which reveals that charge has already been framed on 07.12.2019 and four chargesheeted witnesses have already been examined. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
