This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73552 of 2019 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks, but he failed to surrender within the time due to Covid19 pandemic. The time to surrender is extended by further eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 17.07.2020 stands
