Mitthu Singh is said to have given the injury upon the head of the victim. There is a land dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Anand Kr.
