Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The offence alleged is murder of the husband of the informant Late Ram Vivake Rai. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. She has named other accused in the F.I.R. as assailant. The petitioner is not named therein. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the statement of Md. Saddam recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein he has stated that the petitioner and two other persons disclosed that they have committed murder of Ram Vivake Master. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2016.

Case No. 964 of 2015.
