JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered for the offence(s) under section(s) 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR, but later on, his name transpired in view of the statement of the wife of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for about four months and having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer of bail, stating that in torch light, the wife of the informant has identified

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
