Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Moffasil P.S.Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411,414, 413, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that police intercepted one Scorpio vehicle and arrested one person who was in injured condition and he disclosed that he was going for treatment in hospital and driver of the vehicle fled away and it is alleged that the said vehicle was stolen one.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was in injured condition and he has nothing to do with the seized vehicle and though petitioner has been made accused in two other cases but both the cases are under Excise Act and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47685 of 2018 (4) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 petitioner is in custody for four months.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Moffasil P.S.Case No. 179 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
