Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 and other allied sections of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and sections 272, 273 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, 138 liters of liquor was recovered from the car of which petitioner was the registered owner.

As the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which liquor has been recovered, his prayer for bail is refused
