Petitioner is the husband. Instant case happens to be relating to dowry death of Rani Kumari, who was married with the petitioner about one and half years ago.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that subsequently, the informant has filed petition exonerating all the family members and so, petitioner should be released on bail. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.
