Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/324/302/342 /364/201/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of fire-arm injury to the uncle of the informant is against F.I.R. named accused person. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. However, they are under suspicion arrayed as members of the unlawful assembly as unknown criminals.
