Petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.07.2016 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of commission of assault which resulted in death of Golu Sah is against the sons of this petitioner. The petitioner was allegedly present there.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016.
