JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.7.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No. 7608 of 2020, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chhabilapur PS Case No. 136 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned ACJM V Nalanda at Biharsharif. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners could not adhere to the time for surrender in the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and
