JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of killing daughter of informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is in custody since 2.10.2016. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against petitioner. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53462 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case no. 89 of 2016.
