JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in S. Tr. No. 235 of 2018, arising out of Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation in the written report against co-accused Sunil Ram of causing firearm injury on the head of husband of informant. These petitioners are said to be merely order giver. The petitioners are in custody since 21.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50018 of 2018 (3) dt.01-10-2018 of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in S. Tr. No.235 of 2018, arising out of Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
