JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2021 After some argument, realizing the fact that the petitioner had sought to withdraw his earlier petition for grant of bail with liberty to surrender before the learned court below and apply for regular bail, as is apparent from the earlier order of this Court dated 02.03.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however, with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today.
