2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint R. Case No. 675 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. Vide order dated 08.10.2025, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Gaya. The report of the learned Mediator shows that the matter could not be resolved between the parties and therefore, the mediation failed.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41124 of 2025(4) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 that the petitioner and his wife, opposite party no. 2, are doctors. They were MBBS students in PMCH, Patna. After completion of MBBS, opposite party no. 2 succeeded in securing a government job, but the petitioner is not in government service. He has also submitted that the child is residing with the petitioner.
6. On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. The provisional bail granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court to the petitioner under order dated 08.10.2025 is hereby confirmed.
