Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A),34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2018. Allegation is that he kidnapped to a minor girl and the minor on recovery, stated that while she was in confinement of the accused person, they were asking her to give the Bank Account No. and ornaments.
Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and chances of non-conclusion of trial in near future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39970 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.58 of 2019-CIS No.58 of 2019 arising out of Masrakh P.S.Case No.38 of 2018, corresponding to S.Tr. No.58/19-54/19, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
