Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
This is a case under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim. Husband of the victim is already in jail. The allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same is against all the in-laws including the petitioners and younger son of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 16.06.2020.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2085 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 Investigation of the case against the petitioners is already complete.
Considering the entire facts aforesaid as well as there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rampur Chauram Police Station Case No. 81 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
