After some argument learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file petition under Order 14 Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code before the court below.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Revision petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is made clear that if the petition under Order 14 Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code is filed on behalf of the petitioner before the court below, the said petition shall be decided in accordance with law.
