Learned court below has reported that up till now, case of the petitioner has not been committed to the court of sessions. I am unable to understand as to why case of the petitioner has not been committed to the court of sessions as yet, particularly, in the circumstance, when the petitioner is in jail custody since 7.8.2015. However, learned court below is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which matter shall be viewed seriously. So far as prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Munger Mufassil P.S. case no. 155/2015 is concerned, the same is, again, rejected.
