Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks and if the petitioner files an application before the Respondent No. 3, the Respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application in accordance with law.
