On getting presence of anti-social elements at Platform No.3, informant conducted raid and during course thereof, one Deepak Prasad was apprehended from whose possession, a knife was recovered. So far petitioner is concerned, his name transpired on account of inculpatory confessional statement of aforesaid Deepak Prasad, who had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.34198 of 2017. Accordingly, petitioner, Santosh Maharaj @ Vivek Maharaj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate,
