The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault, abusing, outraging the modesty and criminal intimidation to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender
