The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have running a chit fund company in the name of Amulya Sanchay Producer Company Limited at Nahar Chowk, Sitamarhi without permission of the District Magistrate.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the employee of the said company being field associate. The said company is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31087 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 registered under the Companies Act and information regarding the running of the said company has already been given to the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 01.03.2017. Similarly situated, co-accused, namely, Saroj Kumar and others have been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 03.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28807 of 2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017.
