Petitioners seek bail in Sessions Trial (Case) No.284 of 2019 arising out of Karja P.S. Case No.80 of 2010 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 328, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38831 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffrpur, in connection with Sessions Trial (Case) No.284 of 2019 arising out of Karja P.S. Case No.80 of 2010, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
