JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-12-2015 Petitioner applied for recognition for A.N.M. course before the authorities of the Bihar Health Department. By virtue of Annexure-1 dated 27.01.2012, even an inspection committee was set up which carried out the inspection and submitted a report as far back as 26.03.2012. It is the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities to take a call that has generated an unnecessary litigation.
