JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 10 liters country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims her antecedent to be clean and she is in custody since 25.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the abovenamed petitioner, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of First Additional

No.31903 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 District Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Excise Case No.448 C-2/2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of case then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bond.
