2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
