JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and the informant claimed that it was petitioner, who opened fire on him, but in the fardbeyan, the informant stated that he identified the petitioner and F.I.R named accused Janki Devi by their voice. Moreover, the land dispute is admitted fact. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 31.05.2016. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
