The petitioners seek bail in Darauli P.S. case No. 155 of 2016 under Section 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. From the possession of petitioner No.1, Satish Jaiswal @ Santish Jaiswal, 110 gram of Charas was recovered and from the possession of petitioner No.2, Achhelal Nishad, 105 gram of Charas was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in jail since 26.10.2016 but it appears that petitioners have got criminal antecedent and 23 criminal cases are pending against petitioner No.1 and nine criminal cases are pending against petitioner No.2.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
