The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 217 of 2018 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, as per FIR lodged by one Kumar Manoj, is that petitioner, after forging the document of land of the informant, used to get proceeding initiated under Section 144 Cr.P.C. on Khata No. 74, Khesra No. 205 situated near N.H. 31. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has no concern with the land, in question, inasmuch land belongs to the family of the petitioner and he is claiming title over the land being heir of Sheetal Singh and Kant Lal Singh. He has referred page no. 14 to 16, which is part of the FIR, in order to submit that from perusal of order passed by the District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41376 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Khagaria, it would be evident that parties involved are Sushil Kumar Singh and the ancestor of the petitioner. Learned counsel has denied the allegation that petitioner has got prepared the forged document of the land belonging to the informant.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that dispute is civil in nature and certain order has been passed by the District Public Grievance Rdressal Officer, Khagaria pertaining to land, in question, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 217 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
