The show-cause has been filed today in Court wherein it has been stated that the order of punishment of deduction of 5 per cent pension and gratuity was withdrawn and the suspension period was ordered to be treated as period of duty. The salary for the suspension period and revised pension and revised gratuity has been paid vide cheques dated 14th of December, 2010 and 4th of October, 2010 respectively.

Thus, the order passed by the learned Single Bench stands

Patna High Court MJC No.3501 of 2010 dt.02-03-2017 2/2 complied with. No further action is required to be taken in the matter. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the authorities, it is open to the petitioner to submit a representation which shall be considered by the authorities concerned in accordance with law.
