The petitioner has a grievance that after having obtained bail, the opposite party no. 2, who is the husband of the petitioner, is not behaving properly and is refusing to maintain her and her children adequately. It goes without saying that the petitioner has the liberty to approach the appropriate forum for raising the grievance as being raised here.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn but with the observation as above.
