2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 409, and420 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. It is alleged that this petitioner has not completed the work of Nal Jal Yojana and defalcated the money which was given to him through cheque .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The work in question has already been completed.

5. However, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that work in question has not been completed. He further states that Petitioner has got two criminal

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
