JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, who is an order giver in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.41/05 under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act, was twice rejected by this Court, the last one by order dated 12.8.2009 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25291 of 2009. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. The petitioner must surrender and pray for regular bail. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur or the learned Court below, who is in seisin of the case, would take all coercive steps to ensure the surrender of the petitioner.
