The petitioner is accused in Garaul P.S.Case No. 95 of 2016 for the offense under Sections 392 & 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was seen snatching the golden chain from the niece of the informant. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2016 and also the report that the case is pending submission of the police paper as per the letter of the Incharge Sub-Divisinal Judicial Officer, Hajipur, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23430 of 2017 (4) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Hajipur, District-Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016, subject to the conditions that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
