The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons came to the door of the informant variously armed assaulted the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35609 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 informant and abusing by calling caste name when the wife of the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted and the accused persons attempted to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj, District - Madhepura.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
