A jeep being occupied by three persons including these two petitioners was apprehended and on search, altogether 156 litres of foreign liquor of Indian origin were seized for which, petitioners happen to be under custody since 07.09.2016. As per Para-3, petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners, Kaushal Kishore Chaudhary and Sanoj Kumar Yadav @ Sanoj Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
