JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Petitioner's application for extension of area of licence has remained pending since 2011. Now he is presently residing at Gorakhpur, U.P., however, as per the writ petition, his permanent address is unchanged.

In above view of the matter, since the petitioner has applied in the year 2011, let the petitioner supply all the necessary papers which are required in view of the Annexure B to the counter affidavit and then let a decision be taken by the competent authority upon the application of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The District Magistrate concerned would be required

Patna High Court CWJC No.6086 of 2014 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2 / 2 to transmit all the records to the Principal Secretary, Department of Home for doing the needful who would be required to satisfy himself with respect to the petitioner's case and, thereafter, a decision in accordance with law is required to be taken. This disposes of the writ petition.
