Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the paddy amount at the rate of Rs.1660/- per quintal has been paid to the farmers but cost of bags at the rate of Rs.27/- per quintal has not been

We dispose of the preset writ application with a direction to the State to consider as to whether any farmer is entitled to the cost of bag apart from the cost of paddy paid to the farmers and if such cost is payable then to pay the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
