Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid material is a small quantity and the petitioner is in custody for two months and he has no criminal antecedent. Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court below that he will release the petitioner after completion of three months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rs.
