2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/21 of the M.M.R.D Act, 1957 and Rules 4/40 of B.M.M.C. Rules registered in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the owner of the tractor on which illegal sand was being carried. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit
