The petitioner seeks bail in N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 under Sections 353, 307, 504, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Pappu Kumar. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sharvan Kumar has already been granted bail. Petitioner is in jail since 27.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
