Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47(a) and 53(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. 400 ml country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.6.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda-kishunganj District Madhepura in Excise Case no.
