Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 24.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40420 of 2018 and the case is under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and on confessional statement of the petitioner, dead-body was recovered. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about 15 months but up till now there is no substantive progress in the trial. . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial .
