JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-07-2016 The Court is not inclined to interfere with Annexure-6 for the simple reason that the obligation of the petitioner to maintain his mother even if she is a step mother, is integral to the compassionate appointment, which was granted to the petitioner because of her indulgence and magnanimity in this regard. Petitioner has an obligation even in terms of the affidavit which he must have filed in this regard. It is the petitioner and his wife who has precipitated the present dispute which compelled the
